Mixing Instructions

  • Stir well before use
  • Mix 90% ink : 10% Matsui Silicone Catalyst
  • Mix thoroughly until smooth & uniform
  • Allow 5–10 minutes to release air bubbles
  • Only catalyze what you will print within 4–6 hours

Optional Tinting:
Add up to 5% Yama Silicone Pigment to alter shade (silver → gunmetal, etc.)

Printing Instructions

  • Use lower mesh (80–120) for maximum metallic effect
  • Print 1–2 strokes, flood screen between prints
  • Flash between layers if needed
    • ~220°F (5–8 seconds)
  • Maintain ink motion to avoid settling of metallic flakes
  • For dyed polyester or sublimated garments, use a silicone blocker base

Curing Instructions

  • Cure at 300–320°F for 1–2 minutes
