Mix 90% SI0329 High Gloss + 10% Matsui Silicone Catalyst
Do not add pigments (clear gloss top coat)

Only mix what you will print within 4–6 hours

Printing

Recommended mesh: 60–160 mesh
- Lower mesh = thicker gloss coat
- Higher mesh = thin, smooth gloss finish
Print 1–2 strokes as top coat layer
Light flash if applying multiple coats:
- ~220°F (104°C), 5–8 seconds
Avoid heavy flashing — gloss reduces if overheated before cure
Keep screens flooded to avoid drying

Curing

Cure at 300–320°F (150–160°C) for 1–2 minutes
