Mixing Instructions
- Stir ink thoroughly before use
- Add 10% Matsui Silicone Catalyst
- Standard ratio: 90% ink : 10% catalyst
- Mix thoroughly until uniform and bubble-free
- Allow 5–10 minutes rest time to release air bubbles
- Only catalyze the amount you can use within 4–6 hours
Do not exceed catalyst ratio — shortened pot-life & performance loss may occur.
Printing Instructions
- Print 1–2 strokes depending on opacity needs
- Use low mesh for maximum coverage / blocking
- Flash between layers if required
- ~220°F (104°C) for 5–8 seconds
- Keep screens flooded to Prevent drying in the mesh
- For extreme bleed garments, print two layers or back it with a silicone barrier base
Recommended as a first-down blocker when printing bright silicone colors over sublimated polyester or heavily dyed fabrics.
Curing Instructions
- Cure in conveyor dryer at 300–320°F (150–160°C)
- Ensure ink film reaches >250°F (121°C) internal temperature
- Slower belt speed may be required — silicone reflects heat
✅ Check cure using stretch test & wash test
❌ Do not under-cure — may lead to cracking or poor dye-block performance
Best Practices
✅ Stir during print run to maintain consistency
✅ Test on production fabric before full runs
✅ Confirm dye stability with heat press test when printing sublimated garments
✅ Store sealed when not in use
❌ Do not mix with non-silicone ink systems
❌ Avoid harsh solvents — use silicone-approved cleaners only
