Matsui Yama White 110 — High-Opacity Silicone White for Stretch
White is the hardest ink to get right on dark performance fabric. It has to be bright and opaque enough to cover polyester, spandex and nylon — but those fabrics stretch, shed water and reject the whites that work on cotton, so a normal white cracks, greys out or peels. Matsui Yama White 110 (SI0302) is engineered for exactly this: a high-opacity silicone white that flexes and rebounds with the garment, bonds tight to slick synthetics, and stays bright wash after wash. Use it as a stand-alone white for clean one-color prints, or as an underbase that makes your Yama colors pop on dark stretch garments — all with a soft, matte, low-profile hand.

How to Print Yama White 110
1 · Catalyze
Stir well, then mix 90% ink with 10% Matsui silicone catalyst. Only mix what you’ll use — pot life is 4–6 hours. Let it rest 5–10 min to release air.
2 · Print
80–160 mesh, 70–80 durometer (or triple-duro) squeegee, 1–2 smooth strokes. Use a solvent-resistant, silicone-compatible emulsion.
3 · Cure
Flash ~220°F for 5–8 sec if needed (or before printing colors on top); final cure 300–320°F for 1–2 min (ink film above 250°F).
