Mixing Instructions
- Stir well before use
- Mix 90% ink : 10% Matsui Silicone Catalyst
- Mix thoroughly until smooth & uniform
- Allow 5–10 minutes to release air bubbles
- Only catalyze what you will print within 4–6 hours
Optional Tinting:
Add up to 5% Yama Silicone Pigment to alter shade (silver → gunmetal, etc.)
Printing Instructions
- Use lower mesh (80–120) for maximum metallic effect
- Print 1–2 strokes, flood screen between prints
- Flash between layers if needed
- ~220°F (5–8 seconds)
- Maintain ink motion to avoid settling of metallic flakes
- For dyed polyester or sublimated garments, use a silicone blocker base

Curing Instructions
- Cure at 300–320°F for 1–2 minutes
- Ensure ink film reaches >250°F internal
