Mixing
- Stir base well before use
- Mix 90% base + 10% Matsui Silicone Catalyst
- Add pigments if desired
- Up to 10% Yama Silicone Pigments
- Mix until uniform and smooth
- Allow 5–10 minutes rest time to release air bubbles
- Only mix what you will print within 4–6 hours
Printing
- Use 60–110 mesh for puff effect
- Print 1–3 strokes depending on desired loft
- Flash gently if stacking layers
- ~220°F (104°C) for 5–8 seconds
- Keep screens flooded during pauses
- Avoid excessive flashing — it can reduce puff height
Tip: For bold puff logos, print a smooth silicone base first, then print puff layer on top.
Curing
- Cure at 300–320°F (150–160°C) for 1–2 minutes
- Ensure ink film reaches >250°F (121°C) internal temp
- Allow full dwell time for proper expansion
