ICC
ICC 926 Premium Spray/Wipe™ is the non-flammable version of ICC’s emulsion-safe press wash line — delivering fast plastisol ink removal from screens on press without the flammability concerns of petroleum-based alternatives. Description
Emulsion-Safe Press Wash Without the Flammability Risk
Many professional screen printing environments — particularly in multi-tenant buildings, facilities with hot work permitting requirements, or shops subject to specific fire code constraints — cannot store or use flammable press washes at the press station. ICC 926 is the answer: it delivers the emulsion-safe, fast-acting press wash performance of ICC 887 in a non-flammable formula.
Non-Flammable
No flash point — can be stored at press stations and in production areas without triggering flammable liquid storage requirements or fire code restrictions.
Emulsion-Safe
Like ICC 887, formulated to remove ink without degrading the emulsion stencil. Safe for repeated on-press use and suitable for screens being reused without full reclaim.
Fast Plastisol Removal
Premium formulation delivers fast ink removal comparable to standard press washes — no performance sacrifice for the non-flammable chemistry.
ICC Premium Tier
Sits at the top of the ICC press wash line alongside ICC 887. Both provide emulsion-safe performance; ICC 926 adds non-flammable certification.
What’s Included

Daily On-Press Use
Use throughout the production day for color changes and screen maintenance — the non-flammable formula makes at-press storage and use straightforward.
Emulsion Stencil Preservation
Apply for ink removal while preserving the emulsion stencil. Screens cleaned with 926 can be put back into production without re-coating.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What makes ICC 926 different from ICC 887?
Both are emulsion-safe press washes from ICC. The key difference is flammability: ICC 887 is a standard formula; ICC 926 is non-flammable, making it suitable for facilities with flammable liquid restrictions at press stations.
Is ICC 926 truly non-flammable?
Yes. ICC 926 has no flash point classification, meaning it does not ignite under standard OSHA or NFPA definitions of flammable or combustible liquids.
Is 926 as effective as petroleum-based press wash?
ICC has formulated 926 for production-speed performance. While different chemistry than petroleum-based products, it provides fast, effective plastisol ink removal comparable to standard press washes.
