Description
EasiSolv 110 — Fast-Drying Solvent Screen Cleaner for UV, Plastisol & Industrial Inks
Most on-press cleaners are built for plastisol. EasiSolv 110 is built for shops that run more. Plastisol, UV, solvent-based, and industrial inks all dissolve under 110’s fast-acting solvent formula. Apply it with a squirt bottle or rag, wipe the ink away, and the screen is ready in 20 seconds — no water rinse, no downtime. It also works on squeegees, flood bars, presses, pad printing tools, and rotary screens, making it one of the most versatile press cleaners on the market. Available from quart through 55-gallon drum to scale to any shop volume.
Fast-Drying Solvent Formula
Quick evaporation means the screen is ready for printing or tape application within 20 seconds. No water rinse needed — apply, agitate, wipe, and go.
Plastisol, UV & Industrial Inks
Most press washes are formulated for plastisol only. EasiSolv 110 handles UV/solvent and industrial inks too, making it the right choice for shops running specialty ink systems.
Multi-Surface Application
Works on screen mesh, squeegees, flood bars, presses, pad printing tools, and rotary screens. One product covers the whole shop.
Good Adhesive Remover
Beyond ink removal, 110 is effective at dissolving adhesive residue from screens and press equipment — useful for shops also running pallet adhesive.
Low Odor
Mild odor compared to harsh petroleum-based solvents — more tolerable for press operators working in close contact during long production days.
Non-Hazardous DOT Shipping
Ships non-hazardous under DOT regulations across all available sizes, simplifying ordering and receiving for shops in all states.

How to Use EasiSolv 110
Step 1 — Scrape Excess Ink
When done printing, scrape excess ink from the screen using a spatula or ink knife. Removing bulk ink first reduces the amount of solvent needed and speeds up the cleaning process.
Step 2 — Apply 110
Apply EasiSolv 110 to the well (ink) side of the screen by squirt bottle, pneumatic sprayer, or rag. Do not rinse with water — this is a production floor product.
Step 3 — Agitate
Thoroughly agitate the ink with a rag or scrubber. The solvent dissolves the ink quickly — work it into the mesh fibers to break down any embedded pigment.
Step 4 — Wipe Clean
Wipe up all dissolved ink with a clean rag. Reapply if necessary on stubborn areas. Follow with a dry rag wipe on both sides of the screen.
Step 5 — Press Ready in 20 Seconds
The quick-evaporation formula leaves the screen dry and ready for the next print run or tape application within 20 seconds. No water rinse, no waiting.
EasiSolv 110 vs. Easiway 842 — Which Do I Need?
Choose 110 if: You run UV, solvent, or industrial inks — or run mixed ink systems that include these types. 110 handles a broader ink range and is the right choice for shops where plastisol-only formulas fall short.
Choose 842 if: You run plastisol (or plastisol + silicone) exclusively. 842 has a higher flash point (142°F vs. 110’s 118°F), lower VOCs, and the familiar cherry scent — better suited for shops focused on plastisol production.
⚠️ Safety & Ventilation Note
EasiSolv 110 has a flash point of 118°F — keep away from heat sources, open flames, and sparks. Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear protective gloves and eye protection during use. Store in a tightly closed container in a cool, ventilated place.
Despite the low flash point, 110 ships non-hazardous under DOT regulations in all available sizes.
💧 No Water Rinse
This is a production floor product. Do not rinse with water. Wipe clean with rags. Using water will dilute the solvent and reduce cleaning effectiveness.
🧺 Scrape First
Always scrape excess ink before applying 110. Removing bulk ink first reduces solvent usage per screen and speeds up the overall cleaning process significantly.
🛠 Works on Shop Tools
110 is not just for screens. Use it on squeegees, flood bars, presses, spatulas, and ink knives. It dissolves dried ink on tools where water-based cleaners fail.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What inks does EasiSolv 110 work on?
EasiSolv 110 is formulated to dissolve plastisol, UV/solvent, and industrial inks. It handles a broader ink range than most on-press cleaners, which are typically formulated for plastisol only. For water-based and discharge inks, see EasiSolv 601.
Does EasiSolv 110 need to be rinsed with water?
No. EasiSolv 110 is a production floor product designed to be applied and wiped off with a rag. It uses quick evaporation to leave the screen clean and dry — adding water would dilute the solvent and reduce cleaning effectiveness. The screen is ready for the next print or tape application within 20 seconds.
What is the difference between EasiSolv 110 and Easiway 842?
Both are on-press solvent cleaners that don’t require a water rinse. The key difference is ink compatibility and flash point: 110 works on plastisol, UV, solvent, and industrial inks, while 842 is formulated primarily for plastisol and silicone. 842 has a higher flash point (142°F vs. 110’s 118°F) and lower VOCs. Choose 110 for UV or mixed ink shops; choose 842 for plastisol-focused production.
Can I use EasiSolv 110 on squeegees and flood bars?
Yes. EasiSolv 110 is designed to be used on screen mesh, squeegees, flood bars, presses, pad printing tools, and rotary screens. It’s one of the most versatile press cleaners Easiway makes in terms of surface compatibility.
Is EasiSolv 110 safe to use indoors?
110 has a flash point of 118°F — use it in a well-ventilated area away from heat sources, open flames, and sparks. Wear gloves and eye protection. For shops with very limited ventilation, consider EasiSolv 842 (higher flash point) or a water-based press wash like 701N depending on your ink system.
Does EasiSolv 110 ship hazardous?
No. EasiSolv 110 ships non-hazardous under DOT regulations in all available sizes — quart, gallon, 5-gallon pail, and 55-gallon drum. This simplifies receiving and reduces shipping restrictions compared to some conventional solvents.
