How ICC 396 Works
ICC 396 uses a dual-action formula: surfactant-based cleaning agents break down ink and grease molecules while conditioning agents simultaneously penetrate the skin’s surface to prevent moisture loss. Unlike pumice-based cleaners that physically abrade the skin, ICC 396 relies entirely on chemistry — lifting contaminants without physical damage to the skin barrier.
Apply to dry hands, work in for 20–30 seconds, then rinse. For heavy buildup, a second application with a short dwell time improves results on stubborn plastisol staining.
