EnviroSolv® vs. Standard Press Wash

Choose EnviroSolv® if: You run water-based, discharge, or HSA inks. EnviroSolv®’s water-based formula is specifically designed for the chemistry of WB inks — especially dried-in WB ink that other cleaners won’t fully break down. Also works on plastisol.

Choose ICC 887/926 if: You run plastisol primarily and need an emulsion-safe on-press wipe that requires no water rinse. Solvent-based formula optimized for plastisol.

💧 Two-Sided Application is Key

For best results — especially with dried-in WB ink — apply EnviroSolv® to both sides of the mesh. Single-sided application misses ink that has penetrated through to the substrate side.

Water-based ink that fully dries and cures in the mesh is much harder to remove. Clean screens during production with EnviroSolv® on press rather than waiting until reclaim.
