Matsui
Matsui Pre-Mix Color Yama Silicone Inks are ready-to-use, high-performance silicone colors designed for printing on performance apparel, athleticwear, and technical fabrics. Each color is pre-formulated with Matsui’s premium Yama pigments for consistent shade accuracy, excellent opacity, and a smooth, flexible finish.
These inks are engineered for stretch, abrasion resistance, and long-term durability—making them ideal for sports uniforms, leggings, yoga wear, swimwear, and premium retail garments. Simply mix with Matsui Silicone Catalyst to activate the ink and begin production.
Pre-Mix Colors eliminate the guesswork, reduce mixing time, and ensure color consistency from job to job, whether you’re printing solid graphics, logos, or tonal performance branding.
Note: Catalyst must be added before printing. These are not pre-catalyzed inks.

✅ Directions for Use
Mixing
- Stir ink thoroughly before activating
- Add 10% Matsui Silicone Catalyst (by weight)
- Mix until completely uniform
- Let sit 5–10 minutes to release air bubbles
- Only mix the amount you will use within 4–6 hours
Do not add water-based or plastisol additives. Silicone-system only.
Screen Setup
- Mesh: 80–160 mesh
- Use silicone-compatible emulsion
- Degrease screens for best adhesion
- Use sharp squeegee for crisp edges
Printing
- Print 1–2 smooth strokes
- Flash between colors if needed:
- 220°F / 5–8 seconds
- Flood screen during pauses to prevent drying
- Avoid excessive flashing to maintain softness
For sublimated or dyed fabrics:
Blocker Base → Color Layer → Gloss/Puff/HD optional finish
Curing
- Cure at 300–320°F (150–160°C) for 1–2 minutes
- Ensure internal ink film temp reaches >250°F (121°C)
✅ Fully cured = max stretch + wash durability
❌ Under-cure = cracking, tack, dye migration risk
Best Practices
✅ Test print first
✅ Store sealed between uses
✅ Use low mesh for richer opacity
✅ Ideal for logos, activewear graphics, premium branding
❌ Do not mix with plastisol or water-based systems
❌ Do not exceed catalyst % (reduces pot-life)
