Mixing Instructions

Stir ink thoroughly before use
Add 10% Matsui Silicone Catalyst
Mix ratio: 90% ink : 10% catalyst
Blend until uniform and bubble-free
Allow mixture to rest 5–10 minutes to release trapped air
Only mix the amount you will use within the pot-life
(approx. 4–6 hours depending on shop conditions)

Printing Instructions

Print 1–2 strokes per layer
Flash between layers if needed
- ~220°F (104°C) for 5–8 seconds
Keep screens flooded when pausing to avoid thickening
For dark or bleed-prone fabrics, print over a silicone blocker base

Ensure ink film reaches >250°F (121°C)
