Description

Matsui Yama Off-White — Soft, Tonal Silicone White

Not every design wants a bright, optic white. The Matsui Yama Off-White gives you a soft, muted, warm off-white tone — the kind of understated, vintage-leaning color that reads premium on athleisure, sportswear, swimwear and technical outerwear. It’s a silicone ink through and through: extreme stretch and rebound, a soft smooth hand, and strong wash durability on polyester, spandex, nylon and blends. Use it where a stark white would feel too loud — tonal branding, retro palettes, and layered designs that call for a quieter base. For a bright, high-opacity white instead, reach for Super White or White 110.

Why Choose Off-White

Soft, muted tone

A warm off-white that feels vintage and premium — not a stark optic white.

Tonal & understated

Ideal for retro palettes, tonal branding and designs where bright white is too much.

Full silicone stretch

Flexes and rebounds with high-stretch fabric — no cracking on activewear.

Soft hand, durable

A smooth, soft-touch finish with strong wash durability on synthetics.

How to Print Off-White

1 · Catalyze

Stir well, then mix 90% ink with 10% silicone catalyst. Only mix what you’ll use — 4–6 hr pot life. Rest 5–10 min to release air.

2 · Print

80–160 mesh (31–63T), 70–80 durometer or triple-duro, smooth strokes. Use a solvent-resistant, silicone-compatible emulsion.

3 · Cure

Flash ~220°F for 5–8 sec if needed; final cure 300–320°F for 1–2 min (ink film above 250°F internal).

Tonal color. Off-white is a muted, warm tone rather than a bright optic white — great for vintage looks. For maximum brightness use Super White.
