Mixing Instructions
- Stir ink thoroughly before use

(approx. 4–6 hours depending on shop conditions)
Printing Instructions
- Print 1–2 strokes per layer
- Flash between layers if needed
- ~220°F (104°C) for 5–8 seconds
- Keep screens flooded when pausing to avoid thickening
- For dark or bleed-prone fabrics, print over a silicone blocker base

Curing Instructions
- Cure at 300–320°F (150–160°C) for 1–2 minutes
- Ensure ink film reaches >250°F (121°C)
(use a heat probe or donut probe for accuracy) - Silicone reflects heat — slower belt speed may be needed
✅ Perform stretch & wash tests to confirm cure
❌ Do not under-cure — may cause cracking or adhesion loss
Best Practices
✅ Mix catalyst fresh before production
✅ Pre-test on final garment fabric
✅ Keep lids closed when not printing
✅ Stir periodically to suspend silicone solids
❌ Do not mix with plastisol or water-based inks
❌ Do not add unapproved reducers or solvents
❌ Do not exceed recommended catalyst ratio
