When you need the whitest white and the strongest base for color, Super White is the top of the Yama line. It’s an ultra-high-opacity silicone white engineered for the toughest jobs — bright, solid coverage on dark polyester, spandex and nylon, and a powerhouse underbase that makes your Yama colors pop on dark stretch garments. It brings extreme stretch and rebound, excellent dye-migration resistance so it stays white instead of greying out, and superior wash durability under heavy activewear use. For everyday white on performance fabric the White 110 is a great choice; when you want maximum opacity and brightness, reach for Super White.

How to Print Super White

1 · Catalyze

Stir well, then mix 90% ink with 10% silicone catalyst. Only mix what you’ll use — 4–6 hr pot life. Rest 5–10 min to release air.

2 · Print

80–160 mesh (31–63T), 70–80 durometer or triple-duro, smooth strokes. Use a solvent-resistant, silicone-compatible emulsion.

3 · Cure

Flash ~220°F for 5–8 sec (or before printing colors on top); final cure 300–320°F for 1–2 min (film above 250°F). Silicone reflects heat — slow the belt if needed.

High-bleed fabrics. On aggressive dye-migration garments, back Super White with a silicone blocker base or print two layers. Silicone reflects heat, so a slower belt or hotter dryer may be needed to cure.

What is Yama Super White used for?

It’s an ultra-high-opacity silicone white — the brightest in the Yama line. Use it as a stand-alone white for bold coverage on dark synthetics, or as a powerhouse underbase so colors printed on top stay vivid on dark stretch garments.

How is it different from White 110?

Both are high-opacity silicone whites. White 110 is a great everyday white and underbase; Super White is the maximum-opacity, brightest option for the toughest coverage and underbasing.

Is it ready to print?

It’s ready-mixed but not pre-catalyzed. Add 10% silicone catalyst, mix, rest 5–10 minutes, and use within the 4–6 hour pot life.

Can I use it as an underbase?

Yes — that’s a core use. Print the white, flash, then print your colors on top for bright, opaque color on dark stretch fabric.

Will it stop dye migration?

It has strong dye-migration resistance. On aggressive bleed fabrics, back it with a silicone blocker base or print two layers.

What mesh and cure should I use?
