Matsui digital hybrid inks are the screen-printed layers that make your M&R Digital Squeegee and ROQ Hybrid system produce photorealistic full-color prints at production speed. DS Hybrid UB White lays down the white underbase that blocks garment dye and gives digital CMYK inks a bright surface to print onto. DS Hybrid Pre-Digital White provides a low-tack second white layer optimized for receiving digital ink without bleeding. Digiace Digital Screen Clear acts as a primer between the white underbase and the digital printhead, improving color vibrancy, ink adhesion, and sharpness. DS Hybrid Top Coat seals and protects the finished digital print from abrasion, UV exposure, and wash fading. Digiace Discharge White delivers the softest possible underbase on dark 100% cotton by removing garment dye through discharge chemistry. All five inks are designed for the standard hybrid workflow: screen-printed underbase → digital CMYK fires → screen-printed top coat → cure at 320°F. Compatible with M&R DS-4000, DS-2000, ROQ Hybrid Pro, ROQ Hybrid Pro+, and ROQ Now systems. No pretreatment required. Works on cotton, polyester, and performance blends. PVC-free and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.
