Matsui Water Base Additives

Every water-based and discharge screen printing problem has an additive that fixes it. Ink drying in the screen between pulls? Add Retarder MG (1-5%) to slow evaporation and keep your screens open longer. Prints fading or cracking after washing? Add Fixer WF-N (1-5%) to crosslink the ink film during curing for 50+ wash durability. Hand feel too thick or plasticky? Add Softener MG (1-5%) to drive ink deeper into the fibers for a soft, retail-quality finish. Ink too thick for your mesh? RV Additive (1-3%) reduces viscosity while improving fabric penetration and adhesion — unlike water, which dilutes the resin and weakens your print. Halftone dots spreading on press? Thickener B (0.25-1%) holds your dots tight. Dryer cannot reach 320°F? Fixer L crosslinks at lower cure temperatures.
