Matsui Alpha Series is the only ready-for-use water-based screen printing ink that works two ways: print it as a water-based ink on light garments, or add Discharge Activator and it becomes a discharge ink on dark 100% cotton. 16 Pantone-matchable mixing colors plus Trans White and Spot Black — match any Pantone color using your Pantone Formula Guide and a gram scale. No software. No computer. No CMS. Open the bucket and print, or blend colors to hit any shade in the Pantone book. PVC-free, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, and safe for children’s clothing. Prints through mesh up to 230, cures at 320°F, and delivers the ultra-soft hand feel that plastisol cannot match. The fastest path from plastisol to water-based for any screen printing shop.
