How do I get the puff effect?
Print the Puff Base layer, then flash-cure at 160°F+ — this initiates expansion. The foam expands and locks in place during the final cure at 320°F (160°C). The higher the flash temperature and longer the dwell, the more expansion you will get.
Can I mix puff base with color inks?
Yes — mix Puff Base HT with any Matsui water-based ink to create a pigmented puff. The mixed ink will have the same dimensional effect with the added color.
Can I overprint on top of puff?
