How the Easiway Reclaim Workflow Works
During production, apply 842 On-Press Cleaner to screens via the labeled spray bottle for color changes and ink cleanup.
After printing, scrape excess ink and submerge screens in the Supra dip tank solution (1:5 dilution). Soak until emulsion releases, then high-pressure rinse both sides.
After the dip tank and rinse, apply 701N Screen Wash to any remaining ghost images or stains. Scrub and rinse.
Inspect the screen under light. Apply a screen degreaser before coating for best emulsion adhesion.
