Scrubbing emulsion off screens one at a time wastes chemistry and labor. The Printers Choice Dip Tank flips the process: submerge up to six screens in emulsion remover or a combination ink/emulsion remover and let them soak while the chemistry breaks everything down. It’s a heavy-duty 30-gallon tank of one-piece molded, chemical-resistant polyethylene (1/4″ wall, 100% recycled) that’s leak-proof by design, and it comes complete with a cover, drip tray, screen hold-down bar, 3/4″ threaded drain and ON/OFF spigot. Fill it with water instead of chemistry and it works as a screen development tank, too.
