Dilution: Fill the dip tank with water and then add Printers Choice River City Dip Tank Solution at a ratio of 1 part dip tank solution to up to 5 parts water. The solution concentration can vary based on screen mesh count, type of ink, emulsion used, and the amount of ink left on the screen.
Scrape Excess Ink: After completing the printing process, use a squeegee or scraper to remove excess ink from the print side of the screen.
Soak in Dip Tank: Place the screens in the dip tank with the diluted River City Dip Tank Solution. Allow the screens to soak for approximately 2 minutes or until the inks and emulsions are fully solubilized.
High Pressure Rinse: Remove the screens from the dip tank and apply a high pressure rinse to both sides of the screen. Ensure thorough cleaning of the ink side and the well (ink reservoir) side of the screen.
