Technical Specifications

Easiway Supra One Step Ink and Emulsion Remover Application (Dip Tank):

  1. Preparation: In a dip tank, mix one part EasiStrip SUPRA™ with five parts water. Ensure the dip tank is clean and free from any contaminants.
  2. Scrape Excess Ink: Before placing screens in the dip tank, use a squeegee or scraper to remove excess ink from the print side of the screens.
  3. Soak Screens: Immerse the screens in the dip tank, ensuring they are fully submerged in the EasiStrip SUPRA™ solution.
  4. Dwell Time: Let the screens soak in the dip tank until the emulsion/film loosens from the mesh, usually just a couple of minutes. Note: Do not leave screens in the dip tank for extended periods, as it may deteriorate the chemistry and reduce its effectiveness.
  5. High Pressure Rinse: Remove the screens from the dip tank and apply a high-pressure rinse to both sides of the screens to remove emulsion/film and any remaining ink.
  6. Flood Rinse: Flood rinse the entire screen with a low-pressure rinse to ensure complete cleaning.
  7. Optional Stain Remover: If stubborn stains remain, apply EasiSolv 701 Screen Wash/Stain Remover, scrub, and perform a high-pressure rinse.

Easiway Supra One Step Ink and Emulsion Remover Application (Manually):

  1. Preparation: Depending on the cleaning strength needed, use EasiStrip SUPRA™ manually with wipes or a spray. Dilute EasiStrip SUPRA™ as necessary according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Scrape Excess Ink: Before applying the solution, use a squeegee or scraper to remove excess ink from the print side of the screens.
  3. Application: Apply EasiStrip SUPRA™ manually to both sides of the screen, focusing on the ink (well) side of the screen first. Use wipes or spray to ensure even coverage.
  4. Scrub: Gently scrub the screen to help the solution dissolve ink and emulsion.
  5. High Pressure Rinse: After applying the solution, apply a high-pressure rinse to both sides of the screen, starting from the print side.
  6. Optional Stain Remover: If stubborn stains remain, apply EasiSolv 701 Screen Wash, and perform a high-pressure rinse.
  7. Flood Rinse: Flood rinse the entire screen with a low-pressure rinse to ensure complete cleaning.

Always follow safety guidelines when handling EasiStrip SUPRA™ and wear appropriate protective equipment, such as gloves and eye protection. Ensure proper ventilation when using the product and avoid prolonged skin contact. Properly dispose of used chemicals according to local regulations and waste authority guidelines.
