Preparation: In a plastic tank, mix EasiSolv 500 Stencil Remover Concentrate at a ratio of 1 part concentrate to 10 parts water. Ensure the dip tank is clean and free from any contaminants.
Scrape Excess Ink: Before placing screens in the dip tank, use a squeegee or scraper to remove excess ink from the print side of the screens.
