Siser EasySubli Inks for Sawgrass SG400 & SG800

EasySubli Ink is the only Sawgrass ink formulated specifically for heat transfer vinyl and cotton garments — the piece that lets your SG400 or SG800 decorate cotton and dark apparel, not just white polyester. Print your full-color design onto Siser EasySubli HTV, then contour-cut, weed, mask and heat-press to carry a brilliant sublimation print onto cotton, blends, polyester, rayon and dark-colored fabrics. Colors are deep and saturated with crisp detail, and prints stay soft and flexible while resisting cracking and fading wash after wash. It’s the easiest way to add any-color, full-color decoration to your sublimation setup.

Two things this ink needs. EasySubli Ink prints onto Siser EasySubli HTV (not plain paper for apparel) and is transferred with EasySubli Mask. Both are required for the cotton/dark-garment workflow. Because it replaces the ink in the printer, most shops dedicate an SG400/SG800 to EasySubli.

How EasySubli Works

Print, cut, weed, mask, press — five steps from art to any-color shirt:

1 · Print

Print your design onto EasySubli HTV from your SG400/SG800 loaded with EasySubli Ink. Do not mirror.

2 · Dry & cut

Let it dry ~60 seconds, then contour-cut on your plotter using registration marks.

3 · Weed

Weed away the excess — EasySubli weeds easily, much like EasyWeed.

4 · Mask

Apply EasySubli Mask, squeegee, and lift — the design comes up ready to place.

5 · Press

Cover with a sheet, press ~311°F for 15 sec at medium pressure, then hot-peel the mask.

What do EasySubli Inks do?

They let you sublimate onto cotton, dark and colored fabrics — not just white polyester. You print with EasySubli Ink onto Siser EasySubli HTV, then cut, mask and press for a full-color transfer on any color shirt.

Which printers are these for?

The Sawgrass SG400 and SG800. If you have the newer SG500 or SG1000, use EasySubli Ink for SG500/SG1000 instead. Do not mix EasySubli with SubliJet-HD or ChromaBlast.

Can I put EasySubli ink in my current Sawgrass?

Switching a printer between EasySubli and regular sublimation ink without a proper conversion can damage it and voids the warranty — most shops dedicate one SG400/SG800 to EasySubli. Call us and we’ll walk you through it.

What else do I need to buy?

Two things: Siser EasySubli HTV to print onto, and EasySubli Mask to transfer the design. You’ll also need a cutter/plotter and a heat press.

What size are the cartridges and how are they sold?

Each cartridge is 31 ml in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow or Black. Buy just the color you need, or the full CMYK set.

What temperature do I press at?

About 311°F (roughly 310–325°F) for 15 seconds at medium pressure, with a cover sheet, then hot-peel the mask. Always test first.

What fabrics can I decorate?

Cotton, polyester, rayon, cotton/poly blends and fleece — in both light and dark colors.

Do I need ICC profiles?

No — EasySubli Ink runs with Sawgrass Print Manager, which manages color for you.

Can I sublimate mugs and hard blanks with this ink?

EasySubli Ink is built for the EasySubli HTV apparel workflow. For mugs, tiles and poly-coated hard goods, use SubliJet-HD in a dedicated sublimation printer.
