Sawgrass VersiFlex Light Hybrid Decorating System Paper
VersiFlex Light is the soft-goods transfer paper for Sawgrass’ VersiFlex hybrid decorating system. Print your full-color design with VersiFlex ink on an SG500 or SG1000, lay it on your item, and press — the paper is self-weeding, so the background lifts away with the liner and only your design transfers. No plotter, no cutting, no weeding, no masking. It bonds to cotton, blends, uncoated wood and delicate materials like organza, tulle and nylon, leaving a super-soft hand feel and outstanding wash durability — 30+ washes without cracking or fading. It’s the fastest way to put vivid, full-color art on natural materials that ordinary sublimation can’t touch.

How VersiFlex Light Works
Print, press, peel — the paper does the weeding for you:
1 · Print
Print your design onto VersiFlex Light paper with VersiFlex ink in your SG500 or SG1000.
2 · Position
Place the printed paper face-down on your garment or item — no cutting or weeding.
3 · Press
Press at 375°F for 30 seconds with medium–high pressure.
4 · Hot peel
Peel the liner while hot — the background self-weeds and only your design stays.
