Easiway EDF-200 EasiFlo™ Drain Filtration Unit – Heavy-Duty Under-Booth Wastewater Filtration for Screen Printing

Easiway

The Easiway EDF-200 EasiFlo™ Drain Filtration Unit is a heavy-duty under-washout-booth filtration system designed to help screen printing shops manage reclaim wastewater more effectively. Installed directly beneath your washout booth, the EDF-200 captures ink sludge, emulsion solids, and reclaim debris before they reach your drain—helping protect plumbing, reduce maintenance costs, and support responsible wastewater handling.

During screen reclaim, rinse water carries solids that can clog pipes and contaminate wastewater systems. The EDF-200 uses a 200-micron filtration screen to capture these materials at the source, allowing filtered water to exit while solids collect safely in a large, easy-access baffle tank for quick removal and disposal.

Designed to integrate easily with existing plumbing, the EDF-200 works seamlessly with Easiway’s eco-conscious reclaiming chemicals, making it an excellent solution for shops focused on cleaner discharge practices and long-term infrastructure protection. The system can operate as a gravity-fed unit or be paired with an optional sump pump for faster drainage in higher-volume reclaim environments.

Built from welded, corrosion-resistant polypropylene, the EDF-200 is engineered for durability in wet, chemical-intensive screen printing environments and is designed to fit under all Easiway washout booths.
