The Easiway E-60 Washout Booth is a wide, heavy-duty screen printing washout booth built for shops that need more workspace for efficient screen reclaiming without sacrificing floor space. Part of Easiway Systems’ component-based reclaim lineup, the E-60 allows printers to build a durable, professional washout area that can expand as production grows.

Designed and manufactured in the USA, the E-60 is constructed from 3/8″ welded, corrosion-proof polypropylene, offering excellent resistance to water, reclaim chemicals, and long-term exposure common in screen reclaim environments. The 60″ wide washout area provides ample room for larger frames and higher-volume reclaim workflows, while the 24″ depth keeps the booth compatible with most shop layouts.

To improve workflow and accuracy, the E-60 includes an integrated screen rack for secure positioning, a top enclosure to help control overspray, and three factory-installed LED light kits mounted on the back of the booth. These lights deliver bright, even illumination for emulsion removal, reclaiming, and screen inspection—helping printers achieve cleaner, more consistent results.
