The ROQdry ECO integrates directly with your ROQ press and fires automatically as each pallet indexes underneath — no proximity sensors, no manual timing. Medium-wavelength quartz lamps warm up fast and combine radiant and convection heat to gel plastisol and cure water-based inks, while selectable heat zones and an air-cooled body keep it precise and stable at full production speed.

How It Works

Mount the ROQdry ECO in a flash position on your ROQ press and connect it to the machine. Set your time, temperature and active heat zones on the controls. As the press indexes, each pallet passes under the ECO and is flashed automatically — plastisol gels between colors and water-based inks are driven toward a cure — with no operator input and no separate sensor to trip. The result is fast, repeatable flashing that keeps pace with your ROQ.
