The Easiway E-48 Washout Booth is a professional-grade screen printing washout booth designed for shops that need a reliable, efficient reclaim area without excessive floor space requirements. As part of Easiway Systems’ component-based washout and reclaim lineup, the E-48 allows shops to build or expand a reclaim room using durable equipment designed for long-term use.

Designed and manufactured in the USA, the E-48 is constructed from 3/8″ welded, corrosion-proof polypropylene, offering excellent resistance to water, reclaim chemicals, and the daily wear common in screen printing environments. Its 48″ wide washout area provides ample room for efficient screen reclaiming while maintaining a compact depth that fits well in most shop layouts.

To improve workflow and accuracy, the booth includes an integrated screen rack for secure screen positioning, a top enclosure to help contain overspray, and two factory-installed LED light kits mounted on the back of the booth. These lights provide bright, even illumination for washout, reclaim, and screen inspection, helping printers achieve cleaner and more consistent results.
