The V-2000HD ships with 12″ wide rear screen clamps as standard. Removable side clamps (SC-22 / SC-26 series) are available as an upgrade — or you can order a fixed side clamp configuration from the factory (e.g., V2HD-44-FSC). Here’s how to choose.

What screen sizes does the V-2000HD accept?

The V-2000HD uses 12″ (30 cm) wide steel rear screen clamps that join via a steel clamp bar for off-center clamping. With optional removable side clamps, maximum screen width is 24″ on models V2HD-11-T through V2HD-66, and 21″ on V2HD-88 and V2HD-1010 (when all heads are loaded). Larger screens will fit when neighboring heads are left empty. Standard screen weight limit is 8 lbs; upgrade to double gas springs for up to 30 lbs or HD heads for up to 50 lbs.

Does the V-2000HD really print with all heads down simultaneously?

Yes. The V-2000HD uses a fixed-head design that keeps all print heads in the down position at the same time. This is critical for multicolor setups where you need to adjust off-contact distance across all stations simultaneously, set up flash cure positions, or perform other press-wide operations without lifting and resetting each head individually.

What pallets and accessories are compatible with the V-2000HD?
