Description
Vastex AirFlash — Forced-Air Flash That Cures Every Ink
The AirFlash is the most versatile flash cure in the industry. A 140 CFM blower draws air through an oversized filtered intake and distributes heated air evenly across the entire heater face — so you can flash plastisol in as little as 4 seconds and fully cure water-based and discharge inks. Run air-only for delicate fabrics or full heat-and-air for speed, all with digital control.
Why Printers Choose It
Forced-Air Curing
A 140 CFM blower delivers filtered, heated air edge to edge — the key to curing water-based and discharge inks, not just flashing.
Cures Every Ink & Fabric
Water-based, discharge and plastisol on cotton, blends, polyester, nylon and Spandex — modulate air and heat for delicate or standard fabrics.
Flash in ~4 Seconds
High-output heat plus moving air makes the AirFlash the fastest flash Vastex builds.
Smart, Cool & Adjustable
Digital 0–100% heat control, diagnostic pilot lights, adjustable heat shield/height/level, cool-touch outer shell and a 360° rotating head.
