Ink Consumption Planning Guide
Expect 2–3 White pouches for every CMYK pouch consumed. Dark garment runs use even more White.
White channel ships as 900ml (not 1 Liter) due to the higher pigment density of white DTF ink. Never let White run completely empty — the XPD-924D’s circulation system can introduce air into the lines if a bag empties mid-job.

Always press the garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture before applying the transfer. Moisture is the #1 cause of DTF transfer adhesion failure.

Frequently Asked Questions — STS 1-Liter DTF Ink Pouches
Yes — identical formula, same degassed encapsulated nano-pigment ink, same OEKO-TEX ECO Passport certification, same batch-to-batch color consistency. The only difference is volume and packaging format.
White DTF ink uses titanium dioxide pigment at a much higher concentration than CMYK inks. The higher pigment loading means slightly more mass per volume, and 900ml is the standard commercial format for this ink type. Functionally, 900ml White still significantly outlasts a 500ml cartridge.
These 1-Liter pouch inks are formulated specifically for the STS XPD-924D and its AccuFine HD printhead system. They are not interchangeable with the 220ml cartridge inks for the XPD-724 or bottle-format inks for Epson-based desktop systems. Call (512) 454-0505 if you are unsure which ink your printer needs.
Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Shelf life is 1 year from manufacture date. Once installed in the printer system, follow STS’s recommended maintenance schedule.
