The STS S-20 24″ Automatic DTF Powder Shaker is a fully integrated powder application and curing system engineered for medium to high-volume DTF production. Designed to pair perfectly with the STS XPD-924D 24″ DTF Printer, the S-20 delivers uniform powder coverage, consistent curing, and safer operation—all while reducing labor and increasing throughput.

This advanced system automatically applies TPU adhesive powder, removes excess material, and melts the powder using top and bottom infrared heating, ensuring smooth, professional-grade transfers. A vacuum conveyor with tensioned feed and take-up keeps film tracking straight and stable, while integrated safety features and air filtration protect operators and shop environments.
