DS Hybrid UB White — The White Foundation for Digital Color

Every vivid digital hybrid print starts with the same thing: a clean, bright, opaque white layer underneath.

Dark garments absorb and distort digital inkjet colors. The garment dye bleeds through. The CMYK values shift. The result looks muddy, dull, and off-color. UB White solves this by screen printing a solid white barrier between the dark garment and the digital color layer. The white underbase does three critical jobs: blocks garment dye migration, provides a bright reflective surface for accurate color reproduction, and creates a consistent foundation for the digital print head to print onto.

UB White is the standard workhorse white in the Matsui digital hybrid system. It delivers reliable opacity, excellent dye blocking, and a soft hand feel — the essential first layer for every dark garment that runs through your M&R Digital Squeegee or ROQ Hybrid press.
