- Only mix what will be printed within pot-life window
Printing Guidelines
- Print 1–2 strokes for ideal coverage
- Flash between layers as needed (~220°F / 5–8 sec)
- Keep screens flooded to prevent ink build-up
- For high-bleed synthetic fabrics, use a silicone blocker base
Curing Requirements
- Cure at 300–320°F (150–160°C)
- Ensure ink film reaches >250°F (121°C) for full cure
- Always confirm cure with:
-
-
Stretch test
-
Wash test
-
Temperature probe on ink film
-
Silicone inks reflect heat — slow belt speed or slightly raise dryer temp when needed.
Best Practices
✅ Use blocker base on bleed-prone fabrics
✅ Allow proper dwell for complete cure
✅ Test fabric & cure settings before production
✅ Maintain clean, consistent squeegee pressure
❌ Do not mix with non-silicone ink systems
❌ Do not over-catalyze (reduces pot-life and performance)
