Description

Triangle 1700 STA-True Series Low Bleed Plastisol Inks

Polyester and 50/50 blends are the fabrics most likely to bleed — the garment’s dye migrates into your ink and discolors the print. The 1700 STA-True Series is Triangle’s answer: a full range of low-bleed plastisol colors formulated to resist dye migration on synthetics, so your prints stay clean and true. It runs on knit and woven tees, sweatshirts, jerseys, fleece and even bandanna material, with high opacity and a smooth, printable body. The series includes over 15 in-stock colors — among them the unrivaled 1701 Phoenix White — plus the low-bleed whites that anchor any dark-garment job.

Why Printers Choose STA-True Low Bleed

Printing Tips

Setup

  • Mesh: 110–230 for colors (lower for opacity)
  • Squeegee: 70 durometer, medium pressure
  • Print / flash / print on darks for coverage
  • Stir before use; do not over-thin

Curing

  • Cure temperature: 320°F
  • Verify full cure with a probe or test strip
  • Do a wash + stretch test on new fabrics
  • Store at room temperature, sealed
Printing 100% cotton? You usually don’t need low bleed — the more economical 1100 Series is a better fit for cotton and light garments.
