Important Printing Note:
All prints should be thoroughly tested prior to full production to ensure the ink is fully cured and that dye migration is not occurring. Cure temperature, ink deposit, garment type, and dryer efficiency can all affect final results. Some polyester garments—especially heavily dyed or sublimated fabrics—may require the use of a blocker or barrier ink to fully prevent dye migration. Always perform wash testing and visual inspections before approving production.
