Why Printers Choose It

Maximum opacity

The whitest, most opaque Triangle white — bright coverage with less effort.

One-hit coverage

Often covers darks in a single stroke, speeding up production.

Strong underbase

A dense, bright base that makes top colors pop.

Prints clean

Creamy body that loads and clears well on manual and automatic presses.

Printing Tips

Setup

  • Mesh: 110–230 for colors (lower for opacity)
  • Squeegee: 70 durometer, medium pressure
  • Print / flash / print on darks for coverage
  • Stir before use; do not over-thin

Curing

  • Cure temperature: 320°F
  • Verify full cure with a probe or test strip
  • Do a wash + stretch test on new fabrics
  • Store at room temperature, sealed
Fighting dye migration on poly? Pearl is opacity-focused for cotton and blends. For 50/50 and 100% polyester, choose a poly-tuned low-bleed white — 1706 EX Excel or 1707 Superior White.
