Printing Tips

Setup

Mesh: 110–230 for colors (lower for opacity)
Squeegee: 70 durometer, medium pressure
Print / flash / print on darks for coverage
Stir before use; do not over-thin

Curing

Cure temperature: 320°F
Verify full cure with a probe or test strip
Do a wash + stretch test on new fabrics
Store at room temperature, sealed

Printing on darks? Lay a low-bleed white underbase first — 1701 Phoenix or 1709 Pearl White — then print your 1100 colors on top for bright, opaque results.
