Why Printers Choose It

Prints like butter

Smooth, creamy consistency makes it one of the easiest whites to run.

High opacity

Bright coverage on cotton and blends for a clean base.

Low-bleed protection

STA-True chemistry keeps whites clean on 50/50 blends.

Underbase or highlight

A dependable base for full-color prints or a bold stand-alone white.

Printing Tips

Setup

  • Mesh: 110–230 for colors (lower for opacity)
  • Squeegee: 70 durometer, medium pressure
  • Print / flash / print on darks for coverage
  • Stir before use; do not over-thin

Curing

  • Cure temperature: 320°F
  • Verify full cure with a probe or test strip
  • Do a wash + stretch test on new fabrics
  • Store at room temperature, sealed
Printing polyester or 50/50 performance wear? Use the polyester-tuned 1706 EX Excel White or, for the worst bleeders, 1707 Superior White. Want maximum one-hit opacity on cotton? See 1709 Pearl White.
