Without Powered Exhaust (Standard)
The standard D1000 ships without the powered exhaust hood — keeping cost down for plastisol-focused shops in open, well-ventilated spaces. You still get the full 26″ belt, 2,050W heater, tilting heater design, variable controls, and the 15-year heater warranty.
With Powered Exhaust Hood (Optional — Strongly Recommended for DTF)
Adds a top-mounted powered exhaust that vents heat, moisture, and fumes out the top — critical for rapid drying of water-based inks and discharge, and essential for DTF adhesives. Vastex specifically recommends the EXH-18 exhaust hood whenever you’ll be curing DTF on the D-1000.

Digital PID Control ±1°F

Teflon-Coated Fiberglass Belt
Industry-standard Teflon-coated fiberglass conveyor belt shrugs off ink drips, solvent splashes, and years of hard use. Replacement belts are in-stock and ship same day.
