What voltage does it require?

Is the D100 expandable?

No. The compact tabletop design is fixed for portability; for expandable options, step up to the LittleRed X-Series.

Do I need ventilation?

Yes. All infrared dryers benefit from proper venting, and curing water-based, discharge, DTG, and DTF require it. Vastex offers matched exhaust hoods (EXH-18/24/30/54) and most models have powered exhaust options. We can spec ducting and make-up air for your shop when you call.

What’s the belt made of and how long will it last?

The conveyor belt is Teflon-coated fiberglass — the industry standard for durability under heat and chemical exposure. Belts typically last several years in production environments. Replacement belts are stocked and ship same-day.

How do I know my cure is actually reaching temperature?

Every Vastex dryer is factory-calibrated, but we recommend using a donut probe (Atkins Type-K) to verify ink temperature on every new setup and after any adjustments. We stock the donut probe — ask when you call.

Does River City Supply offer installation and training?

Most Vastex dryers are ready-to-run out of the crate with minimal assembly (plug-and-cure on compact models). For larger EconoRed, X-Series multi-chamber, and BigRed 4D units, we provide setup guidance over the phone and can coordinate on-site installation where needed.
