Unlike traditional sublimation inks that bond only to polyester, VERSIFLEX fuses to the surface through a low-temperature heat transfer process, giving you durable, flexible prints with a soft hand feel. Technical Specifications

Important Notes

⚠️ Do not mix ink types. Switching from SubliJet or EasySubli inks to VERSIFLEX without flushing the printer can damage print heads and cause ink contamination.
⚠️ Replacing SubliJet or EasySubli inks with VERSIFLEX will void your Sawgrass SG500/SG1000 printer warranty.
⚠️ Inks are final sale and have an expiration date printed on the cartridge. Expired inks should not be used.

Heat Press Settings (General Guidance)

Use medium pressure at a low temperature (around 285–310°F / 140–155°C) for 30–45 seconds, depending on fabric type. Always test first for best results.
