CCI ES-1 — Batch Screen Reclaiming, Less Labor & Water

When you’re reclaiming screens by the dozen, hand-scrubbing each one is a bottleneck. The CCI ES-1 Soaking System automates the hard part: a recirculating soaking tank uses continuous air-driven water agitation to break down unexposed emulsion across a full batch of screens, while a two-stage filtration system keeps the water clean and extends the life of your reclaiming solution. A stainless submersible sump pump moves water from the tank to the integrated 48″×48″ backlit washout booth and back for filtering. The result: reclaim up to 20–25 screens at a time with far less labor, water and chemistry.

Why a Soaking System

Manual reclaiming is slow, wastes water and chemicals, and wears out your crew. A soaking system does the emulsion breakdown for you — screens soak in recirculating, agitated solution while you do other work, then rinse out fast in the backlit booth.
