Description
Vastex E-200 (21×28) — Vacuum-Contact LED Exposure, Compact Footprint
Sharp stencils start with tight film-to-screen contact. The E-200 adds a true vacuum draw-down — a lid with a vacuum pump — that pulls your positive and mesh together for crisp detail and clean halftones, in a compact tabletop unit. One-touch controls make every burn repeatable, and long-life LEDs expose any emulsion fast while sipping power.
Why Printers Choose It
True Vacuum Draw-Down
A lid with a vacuum pump pulls film and screen into full contact for razor-sharp edges and clean halftones to 85 lpi.
One-Touch Repeatable Control
An angled one-touch panel makes setting and repeating exposures simple and consistent.
Even, Fast LED Light
Three 18″ LED bars light the full 15″×18″ image evenly, exposing as fast as metal halide.
Efficient & Compact
About 20% of metal-halide power, 50,000+ hour LEDs, and a compact footprint that can mount on a drying cabinet.

Your exposure time is unique to your shop
There’s no single “correct” exposure time — it depends on your emulsion type and coating thickness, mesh count, the distance from the LEDs to the screen, your film density, and even humidity. Dial in yours with our exposure calculator and its built-in step test to find your exact time, then keep our emulsion troubleshooting guide handy to fix any exposure or stencil issues.
