Description
Zentner Speedline — Modular Automatic Wash & Reclaim
The Zentner Speedline is built for shops that reclaim at industrial scale and want the whole process automated end to end. Screens ride a conveyor through independently controlled modules: moving jet arms wash ink from both sides with circulating cleaning agent, a dwell stage lets excess agent drain, high-pressure water jets rinse, a high-pressure decoating stage strips emulsion from both sides to minimize ghost images, and a final water rinse removes all template residue. It’s built from high-grade, rust-free stainless steel (1.4301) using brush-free, non-contact cleaning that minimizes wear and maintenance, with electronically adjustable conveyor speed for precise control — and because the modules are independent and expandable, you can run only what a job needs and add capability as production grows.
Why a Modular Reclaim Line
At high volume, reclaiming is a production line of its own — and doing it by hand or in single machines caps your output and burns labor. A modular automatic line automates the entire wash-through-decoat process with consistent, repeatable results, cutting labor, chemical and water use while keeping quality uniform. The independent modules and adjustable conveyor let you tune the process per job, and the expandable architecture means the system grows with you — protecting your investment as you scale toward a fully automated screen room.
Full-process automation
Conveyor-fed modules handle washing, dwell, rinsing, decoating and finishing from load to offload.
Independently controlled modules
Activate or deactivate modules based on the job, and add modules as production demands increase.
Brush-free, non-contact
Non-contact cleaning technology minimizes equipment wear and maintenance needs.
Rust-free stainless (1.4301)
High-grade stainless construction for durability in a demanding industrial environment.
Adjustable conveyor speed
