The ink must remain in a gelled, slightly tacky state for the powder adhesive to create the bond layer. Always do a wash test before beginning production.

How do I apply the powder to a plastisol transfer?

There are three common methods: (1) Sprinkle powder from a salt-type shaker over the wet ink. (2) Fill a shallow tray with powder and pass the printed sheet face-down through it.
