Technical Specifications

How to Use Inktek Adhesive Transfer Powder for Screen Printing Transfers:

Step 1: Print the Mirror Image

Screen print the reverse (mirror) image onto transfer paper.

Step 2: Apply the Adhesive Powder

Generously sift Inktek Transfer Powder over the entire printed design.
Lift the transfer by the edge to let excess powder fall off.
Tap the back of the paper gently to ensure only the printed image is coated.

Step 3: Gel Cure the Transfer

Gel cure the transfer at 240°F until the ink is set but not fully cured.

Step 4: Apply the Transfer to the Substrate

Preheat the substrate for 2-4 seconds to remove excess moisture.
Press the transfer at 350°F for 10 seconds with medium pressure (35-40 psi).
Allow the paper to cool before peeling for best results.

🔹 For caps or non-washable items, apply at 300°F to maximize detail and opacity.
