✔ Reduces Fibrillation on Cotton – Helps smooth out fibers on 100% cotton and 50/50 blends, reducing rough texture in prints.
✔ Low-Temperature Cure – Fully cures at 270°F (132°C), preventing heat damage to sensitive fabrics.
✔ Easy to Mix & Use – Simply blend into plastisol ink at the recommended ratios for optimal performance.
✔ Versatile Mesh Compatibility – Can be printed through 80 – 305 mesh counts for both fine and bold prints.

Technical Specifications

Mixing & Application Guidelines:

  1. For Fibrillation Reduction on Light Cotton:
    • Mix 3-5% of L.T.C. Nylon Bonding Additive by weight into plastisol ink.
  2. For Nylon Adhesion:
    • Mix 5-10% of L.T.C. Nylon Bonding Additive by weight into plastisol ink.
    • Recommended for woven nylon fabrics, such as bags and jackets.
  3. Printing & Curing:
    • Print using 80-305 mesh screens depending on ink deposit needs.
    • Fully cure at 270°F (132°C) to achieve proper adhesion.
  4. Shelf Life After Mixing:
    • Once mixed, the ink remains usable for approximately 8 hours before degradation.

Storage & Handling:

  • Store indoors in a cool, dry area at 65°F to 90°F (18°C to 32°C).
  • Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperature fluctuations to maintain product integrity.
