Description
Saati Graphic PU Photopolymer Emulsion
When your screen room is the bottleneck, exposure speed is everything. Saati Graphic PU is a blue, high-solids pure-photopolymer emulsion using SBQ technology that burns up to four times faster than diazo or dual-cure — so screens move through the washout and onto the press quicker. It’s pre-sensitized (no mixing, no diazo shelf-life headaches), lays a smooth, low-friction stencil, and reclaims cleanly. For plastisol, solvent and UV work, it’s a dependable, fast-turnaround emulsion.
Why Printers Reach For Graphic PU
Exposes 4× faster
SBQ pure photopolymer cures far quicker than two-part emulsions — more screens, less waiting.
No mixing, ready to go
Pre-sensitized out of the bucket — no diazo to add, no short mixed shelf life to track.
Sharp definition
High solids and medium viscosity build a smooth stencil that holds detail across a wide range of mesh counts.
Durable & reclaimable
Water-resistant when post-exposed for long runs, yet strips out cleanly when you’re done.
Coating & Exposure Guide
1. Degrease
Start with a clean, degreased screen so emulsion bonds evenly.
2. Coat
With a scoop coater, apply 1–2 coats on the print side and 1–2 on the squeegee side.
3. Dry & expose
Dry below 104°F (40°C) in the dark, then expose to hold 7 steps (film) or 6 (CTS) on a step wedge.
4. Wash out & reclaim
Rinse to reveal your stencil; when the job’s done, strip with emulsion remover.
Exposure times vary by light source, mesh and stencil thickness — always confirm with a step-wedge test. Store sealed in a cool, dark place; approx. one-year shelf life.
Everything For Your Screen Room
Lay a smooth, even emulsion coat every time.
Prep mesh so your stencil bonds and holds.
Reclaim screens fast and reuse your mesh.
Fresh mesh by the yard to coat and burn.
Also worth a look: a chemical brush for reclaiming, and other screen printing emulsions — compare Graphic PU with Chromaline ChromaBlue (another fast plastisol emulsion), Murakami TXR for water-based/discharge, or Chromaline UDC-2 diazo.
