The STS Mimaki SB610 (2L Bag) is the high-capacity dye sublimation ink for Mimaki’s high-speed sublimation printers: the TS100-1600 and TS55-1800. The SB610 formulation is engineered for fast-drying, high-density output at the elevated speeds these production printers demand. The 2L bag format works with the Mimaki MBIS bulk ink system standard on these models.

FAQ — STS Mimaki SB610 Dye Sublimation Ink (2,000ml Bag)
SB610 ink is confirmed for the Mimaki TS100-1600 and TS55-1800. These are Mimaki’s high-speed sublimation transfer printers. SB610 is NOT compatible with older Mimaki models using SB53 or SB54 cartridges.
SB610 is the ink formulation for Mimaki’s newest high-speed TS100 and TS55 production printers. SB53 and SB54 are for older production models (JV5, JV33, JV34, JV150, JV300, TS3, TS5, TS34, etc.). SB610 is specifically engineered for fast-drying at high print speeds. They are not interchangeable.
Available in: Black (K), Blue (BL), Light Blue (LBL), Light Magenta (LM), Magenta (M), Yellow (Y), Fluorescent Magenta, and Fluorescent Yellow. Confirm specific color availability with STS at (512) 454-0505.
Dye sublimation ink bonds only to polyester fibers and polyester-coated hard substrates (aluminum, glass, ceramic, acrylic, coated plastics). It will not transfer to cotton or natural fibers. For hard substrates, use polyester-coated products specifically designed for sublimation.
Standard settings: 380–400°F (193–204°C), 30–60 seconds, medium pressure. Settings vary by substrate. Always test before production. Under-pressing = faded colors; over-pressing = color bleed.
