The STS Dye Sublimation Printer Ink (1 Liter Bottle) is a broad-compatibility dye sublimation ink designed for use with aftermarket bulk ink systems on Epson, Mimaki, Mutoh, and Roland wide-format printers. This is a bottle-fill product — your printer must be configured with an aftermarket bulk ink system to use this format. It is not a drop-in replacement for Mimaki SB53/SB54 cartridges, Roland Texart bags, or other proprietary ink cartridges.

Dye sublimation ink bonds only to polyester fibers and polyester-coated hard substrates (aluminum, glass, ceramic, acrylic, coated plastics). It will not transfer to cotton, wool, or uncoated natural fibers. For best results on hard substrates, use polyester-coated products specifically designed for sublimation.
Standard sublimation transfer settings: 380–400°F (193–204°C), 30–60 seconds, medium pressure. Exact settings vary by substrate. Always test with your specific substrate, paper, and heat press before production. Under-pressing results in faded colors; over-pressing can cause bleeding.
