This ink is confirmed for the Roland Texart RT-640 and Texart XT-640 dye sublimation printers. It is NOT for Roland eco-solvent printers (SOLJET, VersaCAMM, BN-20, etc.) or the Roland TrueVIS series. Confirm your Roland printer is a Texart model before ordering.
Both are Roland’s 64-inch dye sublimation production printers. The XT-640 is the higher-speed model with enhanced productivity features. Both use the same Texart dye sublimation ink system. This 1-liter bag is confirmed for both.
Available in all 10 Roland Texart colors: Black, Cyan, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, Magenta, Orange, Violet, Yellow, Fluorescent Pink, and Fluorescent Yellow. Confirm specific color availability with STS at (512) 454-0505.
Dye sublimation ink bonds only to polyester fibers and polyester-coated hard substrates (aluminum, glass, ceramic, acrylic, coated plastics). It will not transfer to cotton or natural fibers. For hard substrates, use polyester-coated products specifically designed for sublimation.
Standard settings: 380–400°F (193–204°C), 30–60 seconds, medium pressure. Settings vary by substrate. Always test before production. Under-pressing = faded colors; over-pressing = color bleed.
